The Ojas Plant features the Roller Press Briquetting Machine. Roller press briquetting has the advantage of better compression, size and shape, and ease of handling the product.. The Screw conveyor & Pug Mixer used in addition to the Paddle Mixer and the briquetting machine, ensure better mixing and much better densification, since the pug mixer not merely mixes, it also compacts the material, prior to briquetting. This produces a more densified briquette, and thus a more efficient fuel.

The online process includes an Oven Dryer, which ensures moisture – reduction to the maximum extent. This feature in the system also ensures that the product can be packaged as it is produced, and thereby avoid dust infusions and exposure to the atmosphere for cooling off.
